good location clean room helpful staff cleaning service basic hygiene milk pack
the hotel is in a good location. the room was clean and useful. i had a river view from my room and it was peaceful. the staff were very helpful during check-in.
they did not throw away the toilet papers during my 4-day stay. this is a basic hygiene requirement. there were no small packs of milk in the kitchen, nor more variety of teas.

convenient location friendly staff stylish decor infrequent cleaning extra charge breakfast cost
the location was convenient for accessing public transport. i found the bus stop right across the street to be particularly useful. the staff at reception were friendly and offered assistance when i needed it. the room decor was stylish and the bathroom size was good (i thought).
the room cleaning schedule was infrequent. i learned that cleaning only occurs once every seven days. i understand that more frequent cleaning is available, but it requires an extra charge. the breakfast wasn't included in the price (something i would have preferred).

Amazing East Side Stay
clean facilities river view convenient cafe considerate staff
The facilities were clean, new, and thoughtfully arranged. I found the river view AMAZING!!! I enjoyed the convenience of having a café right inside the hotel, offering options for quick bites. The staff showed consideration, especially when I had questions about local transport. The room came equipped with nice tea bags, sugar, milk, and salt.
The café downstairs seemed somewhat busy, so finding a quiet spot there was tricky.

The location is ideal. A concert venue is only a short walk from the hotel. Shops are conveniently located outside. The hotel offers easy access to transportation and local attractions, enabling exploration.

The staff proved friendly and accommodating, offering assistance upon arrival. Reception staff readily addressed questions and provided prompt service. They helped with early check-in, so I could settle into my room sooner.

The studio provided a pantry, complete with a microwave oven. The bathroom was also very clean and pleasant. I liked the showerwith hot water and great water pressure.

delayed breakfast service disruptive cleaning equipment
The breakfast situation was unacceptable. It was advertised to start at 7:30, but service was delayed significantly. the staff member displayed a lack of responsibility for the breakfast service. the cleaning crew also started using loud equipment early in the morning, i found this disruptive.

the welcome was fantastic with a helpful front desk team. they provided great advice on local restaurants. the staff even researched addresses. the gym was enjoyable with good equipment.
street parking is the only option available at the hotel.
